A considered exit
for your data assets.

You hold the archive. We help define what comes next.

From the first ownership question to a carefully negotiated sale or license, we represent the seller’s interests.

Consider your options

Nothing is shared with buyers without your written approval.

The owners we serve

Data outlasts the reason it was collected.

A change in ownership, operations, or strategy can leave useful material without a clear next step. We work with the owner to assess that step.

Our scope also includes image, video, and legacy code libraries. Our multilingual focus includes Hebrew and Arabic.

Discussion paperPrivate by design

Where might you begin.

Three questions to frame a first conversation.

Ownership certainty required
Exclusivity preference required
Desired structure required

Runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent. The memo updates as you choose.

A desk exercise only: no files are exchanged, and no position is taken here.

About the mandate explorer

Two structures. Different consequences.

An exit need not mean
giving everything away.

Asset sale

A transfer of ownership.

The buyer acquires the defined asset or rights. What you retain, and which obligations continue, must be explicit.

Ownership
Transfers as agreed
Continuing use
Only what is reserved
Prepare
Authority and transfer documents

Data license

A defined permission.

You retain ownership and grant specified uses. Scope, term, exclusivity, and your own continuing use are negotiated.

Ownership
Stays with the owner
Continuing use
Defined in the agreement
Prepare
Rights and permitted-use register
Read the sale and licensing note

The terms of a conversation

Private at the outset.
Defined at every stage.

We begin with a description, not an upload. You approve the recipients, the material, and the conditions before any buyer sees it. If an NDA is needed before a discussion, we arrange that first.

Success-based fee agreed before we start; no fee if no deal closes. The written engagement records the scope, fee basis, and payment trigger. We do not promise a buyer, a price, or a completed transaction.

Your counsel determines the legal questions. Our role is seller-side commercial representation.

Private inquiry

Begin with
a few words.

A broad description is enough to start. Keep source files and sensitive records out of the first correspondence.

Re: A possible data mandate

Start with the broad outline. Fields marked required must be completed; the rest may wait for the conversation.

Please keep source records, personal data about others, credentials, and confidential documents out of this form. Maximum 4,800 characters.

Nothing is shared with buyers without your written approval, and any engagement is recorded separately, in writing, before work begins.
