Privacy notice.
How Earthloom Holdings Limited handles seller inquiries, website request information, and attribution data for Data Exit Partners.
This is general information, not legal advice. Have counsel review any data licensing decision.
Effective date: October 25, 2026.
Who handles your information.
Data Exit Partners is a brand of Earthloom Holdings Limited. Earthloom Holdings Limited operates this site and is responsible for information submitted through it. Contact hello@dataexitpartners.com with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect.
The seller brief collects your name, work email, company, and confirmation that you agree to the processing described here. Optional fields include website, role, data type, approximate size, languages, situation, rights status, timeline, and notes.
We also record the submission time, brand, country code provided by the hosting service, browser user-agent, referring page without its query string, campaign parameters, and the version of this notice associated with consent. We do not store the full IP address in the leads table. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the service.
Do not submit datasets, credentials, sensitive personal information, or personal data about people in your proposed asset. We arrange a separate process if documents are needed.
Why we use it.
We use inquiry information to assess the request, contact you, arrange any requested discussion, and administer a possible business relationship. Consent recorded on the form relates to this inquiry processing. It is not consent to unrelated marketing and does not grant us rights to your dataset.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis may include your consent, steps you request before a contract, our legitimate interests in managing business inquiries and securing the site, or a legal obligation. The appropriate basis depends on the purpose and circumstances.
Storage, email, and providers.
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes submissions in a D1 database. A notification containing the brief is sent to an internal operational email inbox. People handling seller inquiries may access that information. Providers may process information in countries other than your own; applicable transfer requirements must be addressed where they apply.
We do not publish seller briefs. Nothing is shared with buyers without your written approval. Disclosure may also be necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect legitimate legal rights.
Browser storage and fonts.
A small script stores first-landing campaign parameters and the referring page in sessionStorage for the current browser tab session. It sends those values with the brief so we can understand the source of an inquiry. The form works if browser storage is blocked, although earlier attribution may be unavailable. The site does not set advertising cookies or include an analytics script.
The site requests Source Serif 4 from Google Fonts. Your browser may send Google request information, including your IP address, when loading that font. A system font is used if the font cannot load. Your browser and hosting provider may also cache site files.
How long we retain information.
We retain inquiries while assessing and responding to them and for as long as reasonably needed to administer a resulting relationship, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. We aim to remove inactive inquiries after 24 months unless there is a documented reason to keep them longer. That review includes operational email copies where practical. Deletion is an administrative process, not an automatic expiry built into this form.
Your choices.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or object to or restrict processing where applicable law provides those rights. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons. We may request proportionate verification before acting.
Send requests to hello@dataexitpartners.com. Depending on your location, you may also have a right to complain to a relevant supervisory authority.
Changes.
We may revise this notice as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes to an existing relationship will be addressed through appropriate notice where required.
