Who operates this brand.

Data Exit Partners is a brand of Earthloom Holdings Limited. Earthloom Holdings Limited operates this website and handles seller inquiries. Contact us at hello@dataexitpartners.com.

Our role is seller-side representation for companies considering a license or sale of proprietary data to AI buyers. We help owners understand the asset, document its history, prepare it for evaluation, and negotiate a defined commercial arrangement. We are not a law firm. Your counsel decides the legal questions and reviews the proposed transaction.

How we work.

We begin with a description, not an upload. We ask who owns the material, how it was collected, why the company is considering a transaction, and what decisions have a deadline. If the records suggest a rights problem, that comes before buyer outreach.

An engagement defines our authority and the decisions reserved to you. You approve what may be said, which parties may receive it, and what they may access. Nothing is shared with buyers without your written approval. A confidential introduction does not itself create a signed nondisclosure agreement; if one is needed before a discussion, we arrange that first.

We document assumptions and gaps. A count based on a sample is labeled as an estimate. A language label is distinguished from a reviewed classification. A missing assignment stays visible in the rights register. These distinctions make commercial conversations more useful.

What we focus on.

Owner situations include acquired archives, company wind-downs, forums and user-generated content, speech recordings, image and video libraries, and legacy code. Our multilingual focus includes Hebrew and Arabic, regional dialects, code-switching, and professional terminology.

The practical question is whether a buyer has a legitimate use for an asset the owner can lawfully license. A distinctive collection can still be unsuitable because the permissions, quality, or preparation costs do not support a transaction.

What we will not do.

  • We do not scrape third-party websites or collect material on a seller’s behalf without rights.
  • We do not market data when the seller cannot establish authority to license it.
  • We do not sell personal data without a lawful basis for the proposed processing and disclosure.
  • We do not treat public availability, possession of a backup, or a general recording notice as automatic permission for AI use.
  • We do not share records with prospective buyers before your written approval.
  • We do not promise a price, a timetable, or a completed transaction.

A defined commercial relationship.

Success-based fee agreed before we start; no fee if no deal closes. The written engagement explains the calculation, the closing event, and our scope. Legal advice, technical remediation, and other third-party work require their own scope and approval when needed.

Read how the process works or send a confidential seller brief. An initial description should contain no source data or sensitive records.
